Shipping & Returns
Please allow up to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped. We’ll do our best to ship out sooner than that, though!
Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to fulfill all domestic and international orders.
- US Domestic – USPS First Class – $6.99 Flat fee (7~10 business days)
- US Domestic – USPS Priority – $9.99 Flat fee (5~7 business days)
- Canada – USPS First Class – $29.99 Flat fee (10~14 business days)
- Canada – USPS Priority – $39.99 Flat fee (7~10 business days)
- International – USPS First Class – $39.99 Flat fee (14~28 business days)
- International – USPS Priority – $49.99 Flat fee (7~14 business days)
- Softech is not responsible for any customs and/or duties that may incur on all international orders
- Your order is shipped from our warehouse in the state of California in the US

Your happiness is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same product. Any exchange request other than for the purchased product will be resolved through other means, such as refunds.
- Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. Refunds will only be issued once the returned products have been received.
- Softech is not responsible for any return shipping fees and/or charges (unless return is being processed under warranty due to a manufacturer’s defect).
- If you have purchased genuine Softech products from an authorized third party retailer, please note that we still provide a limited two-year warranty. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on products bought from any third party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information regarding any returns or refunds.
